What is the return policy?
30 days on unopened items per FTC standards. To start a return, email info@oiikon.com.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping: 3–7 business days from Florida to the contiguous 48 US states. AK, HI, and US Territories on quote.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently we ship only within the United States.
Are there warranties?
Yes. Manufacturer warranty (PECRON, SunGold, ECO-WORTHY, EcoFlow) passes through to the end customer, typically 1–5 years depending on the product.
