USA Shipping

Free shipping to all 48 contiguous United States. Orders ship directly from the PECRON U.S. warehouse with full tracking provided by email once dispatched.

Delivery Time

3–7 business days from order confirmation to delivery for the contiguous 48 states. Most orders ship within 1–2 business days of confirmation.

Shipping Cost

FREE for the contiguous 48 states. Alaska and Hawaii available on request — please contact us at info@oiikon.com for a quote before ordering.

Tracking

A tracking number is provided by email as soon as your order ships. You can track delivery progress in real time.

Authorized Dealer

Oiikon LLC is an authorized PECRON dealer based in Boca Raton, Florida. Every unit ships new, in original manufacturer packaging, with the full PECRON USA warranty.

USA Returns Policy

For orders delivered within the United States, we offer a customer-friendly return policy to ensure your satisfaction.

Return Window

30 days from the date of delivery. Items must be returned within this timeframe to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Condition

Products must be new, unused, and in original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and components included. Items showing signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error or a defective product. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.

Restocking Fee

None. We do not charge restocking fees for standard returns within the 30-day window.

Refund Processing

Once we receive and inspect your return, refunds will be processed within 7 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.

Oiikon LLC is an authorized distributor of PECRON products in the United States. All PECRON items sold through Oiikon.com are covered by the manufacturer's warranty and are eligible for returns under this policy.
